Wear all required PPE on job sites at all times. Report any unsafe conditions immediately to your supervisor. Never begin work on a site that presents an unaddressed safety hazard.
Company or client vehicles and tools are to be used only for authorized work. Any damage, accident, or incident must be reported same-day. No personal use without written approval.
Treat all clients, coworkers, and partners with respect. We are customer-first in every interaction. Disputes are handled through your supervisor — not on-site with clients.
No personal phone use while actively performing services or operating machinery. Calls can be returned during breaks or between jobs.
Client information, pricing, business processes, and company data are confidential. Do not share with outside parties. This applies during and after employment.

Pay is processed weekly. Flagged hours and fuel stipends are calculated from completed and logged jobs during the pay period.
There is no base pay or hourly minimum. You earn based on flagged hours only — inspection hours ($30/hr) and labor hours ($40/hr). Flag accurately. Falsification is grounds for immediate termination.
